Deposits will be lost if:

• You dont turn up to your appointment / no show
• If you are more than 15mins late without giving notice (if your late i likely will not have enough time to do your tattoo and we will have to rearrange, another deposit will need to be paid)
• You change / cancel your appointment without giving 72 hours notice
• If you give 72 hours notice you may move your deposit to a new appointment date / time (once only)
• You turn up to your appointment wearing numbing cream, your deposit will be lost and appointment cancelled
• No children or persons under the age of 18 are to be admitted in to the studio, your deposit will be lost and appointment cancelled
